Spring Valley Farms Gourmet Products Inc. has been in business since October 1997.We are better known as "Mad Pat's Hot Stuff". Our products are created with unique flavors in mind with a little heat added and without any preservatives.
Our product line consists of Two different Pickles: Fire and Ice, and an Old Fashioned/Sweet and Sour.
Three different sauces: A papaya based pepper sauce that is very flavorful with enough heat from Habanero peppers to make you smile. A general purpose sauce that replaces red, white or black pepper.
A green apple/sweet onion based pepper sauce that is similar to a "kicked up" applesauce. We call it "Sweet Surrender". The heat comes from Florida's own Datil Peppers.
A "Grillin' Sauce which is by far the most flavorful sauce you'll ever put in your mouth. We call it "Howling-At-The-Moon Good".
A fresh Red Bell Pepper Jam that has a fresh taste and is "hot" with heat from Habanero Peppers
We are a vendor at the New Smyrna Beach Farmers Market on Canal St. every Sat. from 7 til 12:30
